  • Only the Birth Certificate registered by the Municipal Corporation within three months of the birth of the child will be accepted.
  • Birth Certificate without child’s name on it will not be acceptable.
  • Child’s name, Date of birth, Father’s name & Mother’s name should be the same as in the Birth Certificate.
HOW TO FILL :
  1. Use Tab Key or mouse control to fill in the form. Do not press the Enter Key.
  2. Fill in each entry accurately.
  3. Upload :
    1. A recent passport size coloured photogragh of the child. (Maximum 100 kb in .jpg/.jpeg format only)
    2. The Birth Certificate (Maximum 600 kb in .pdf format only)
  4. After filling in all the entries in the Registration Form, click on the “Submit and Pay” button at the bottom of the page.
  5. Once the process of payment gets completed, you will receive the Registration Number and Payment Transaction Number through SMS (Kindly save this SMS for future correspondence).
REGISTRATION FEE :
  1. Rs. 1000/- is to be paid online through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
  2. Do not press the refresh or back button till the transaction process is over.
  3. Acknowledgement message will be sent to your mobile after successful registration and payment.
  4. In case you do not receive any message after payment, you can contact the school office with details on 9675118956 during school working hours only.
  5. Registration Fee is non-refundable.
SUBMISSION OF FORM :
  • Both the parents should come with the child to submit the form and the required documents on the date and time as will be mentioned in the Form Submission Slip.
  • No document will be accepted once the form is submitted.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION
Attach the following documents with the Registration Form in the following order:
  1. Printout of the Registration Form (on A4 sheet) with recent photographs and signatures of both father and mother.
  2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate:
    1. having spelling of the name of the child as filled in the Form.
    2. registered by the government authorities within three months of the birth of the child.
    3. Birth Certificate issued by hospitals and nursing homes will not be accepted.
      CHANGE IN DATE OF BIRTH WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AT ANY STAGE LATER ON BY THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES.
  3. Proof of school currently attended by the child:
    Black & white photocopy (on A4 sheet) of Progress Report Card having child’s name, class and session.
  4. Medical Certificate (Original) from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
  5. For Address proof – attach ANY ONE of the following:
    Photocopy of Aadhar Card / Passport/ Voter Card/ Electricity Bill/ Driving License
  6. Parent’s Documents :
    • Photocopy of Aadhar Card of both father and mother is mandatory.
    • Self attested copy of ONLY - last Educational Certificate / Diploma /Degree (whichever is applicable).
  7. Other documents [only if applicable] :

NOTE :
  • Mention the Registration Number on the top right corner in each copy of document to be submitted.
  • Parents should sign / self attest on all the photocopies.
  • Registration of the child will not be a guarantee for admission.
  • No recommendation from any source shall be accepted.
  • School does not accept any donation.BEWARE OF INTERMEDIARIES.
  • The decision of the Management regarding admission will be final and binding.

Online registration forms for Nursery will be available from 8:00 a.m. on 8th December to 8:00 p.m. on 9th December, and for LKG from 8:00 a.m. on 10th December to 8:00 p.m. on 11th December 2025.
